01 — Not for you
Stop reading if this is you
✕
You've never done heavy physical labor for more than a few weeks straight
✕
You need weekends, city access, or regular contact with people you know
✕
You plan to "tough it out and see" — you'll quit by day 5
✕
You've quit physical jobs because conditions were "too much"
✕
You think the salary will make the discomfort easier to ignore
✕
You have a back, knee, or injury that limits heavy lifting
✕
You struggle in extreme heat or cold for hours at a time
✕
You are motivated by comfort, variety, or social environments
If you saw yourself in even one of those — we are not a fit. That is not an insult. This job has a real failure rate. We have seen strong-looking candidates quit before the first rotation ends. Do not waste your time or ours. Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must.
02 — Reality check
What you will actually experience
01
Your body will hurt
Lifting, drilling, and repetitive strain for 12 hours straight. Every day. For 30 days. Your hands, back, and legs will ache in ways you have not felt before. There is no light version of this work.
02
The desert does not care about you
You will work in extreme heat during the day and extreme cold at night. There is no shade when you need it. You adapt or you leave.
03
You will feel isolated
No bars. No restaurants. No spontaneous social life. You live on-site with a small crew. Some people find this peaceful. Most people find it harder than they expected by day three. We do run a dry camp. No drugs. No alcohol.
04
30 days is not a number — it is a grind
Day 1 feels manageable. Day 3 feels long. Day 5 is when most people realize they misjudged themselves. Day 30 is when you earn the right to come back.
05
No experience required. Discipline is.
We train from zero. But we cannot train you to endure. That you either have or you don't. We have seen trained workers quit and untrained workers thrive. The difference was always mental.
03 — Compensation
Real compensation
What you get. No decoration.
Yearly earnings
$120k-$180k
USD.
Your cost of living in the field
$0
Nothing to spend money on for 30 days. What you earn, you keep.
We are the company where the money you earn stays with you — because there's no rent, food, or transport to pay for 30 days. Do the math.
Housing
RV on-site. 100% covered.
Food
All needs met, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks. You don't decide, you don't pay, you don't cook.
Transport
Transfer to and from site. Company covered. No driving, no fuel costs.
Phone + Internet
Phone and internet provided. Operational in the field. Not a perk — it's operational.
Safety gear
All gear needed to operate: safety gear, coveralls, boots, safety glasses. You buy nothing. No cost of entry to the job.
04 — The team
The team
You won't be alone.
But nobody will carry you.

30 days isolated in the desert with the wrong team is a nightmare. We know that. The team we have is not accidental — it's part of how the work functions.

We teach from zero
No prior experience required because training is part of the process. Nobody arrives knowing — and nobody expects you to.
The crew pulls its weight
In the field everyone depends on everyone. The team works hard and expects the same from the person next to them. No room for those who don't show up.
Supervisors work in the field
No managers in an office giving orders from a distance. Direct, functional supervision with no bureaucracy. Problems get solved on the spot.
Growth is real and fast
People who last and do the work well advance in months, not years. No waiting list — just a shortage of people who actually function.

This is not a company where "it feels nice to work." It is a company where people who work hard are treated with respect — because everyone knows what it costs.

05 — Apply
Before you apply — answer this honestly
Have you ever worked your body 12 hours a day and wanted to go back the next morning?

Not survived it. Not white-knuckled through it. Wanted to. That's the kind of person who lasts here. If you're not sure — the answer is probably no.

Construction
Agriculture / farming
Field service
Manual trade labor
Offshore
Logging / heavy equipment

People with these backgrounds tend to survive the first rotation. People without them tend not to.

You know which one you are.

Don't apply hoping the job will be easier than described. It won't be. Don't apply thinking you'll figure it out on the way.

If you hesitated before clicking — that hesitation is data.
